(一)常规教育方面

学生经过一个假期的放松,对于学校的日常生活和学习必定不太适应,做到每一项规章制度对于他们来说都不太容易。为了使学生能够及早进入角色,适应学校的生活,这就要班主任在日常生活中能有序的引导,并且内容要近一点、小一点、实一点,时时处处向学生进行有针对性的常规教育。因此,我决定从以下几点入手:

1、利用升旗仪式和班会时间,加强学生的德育教育。升旗结束后,对上周的情况进行总结。使学生懂得做人的道理,培养其爱国主义情感。同时,让学生在各种活动和劳动中学会合作,学会生活。对于学生的书写读的姿势,在课堂上随时提醒与帮助。

2、开学师生共同制定班规班纪,并制定相应的奖惩办法。从纪律、卫生、劳动及两操几方面制定。先由学生写出自己的违规现象及奖惩办法,再由班主任统一归纳完善,如有违规照章处罚。我们班的宗旨是:“说到做到”

(二)班级纪律方面

一个班级,要想有良好的班风,必须要有良好的纪律才行。因而,我从以下几点入手:

1、课堂纪律

严格遵守课堂“四管”(管住眼看老师,管住口不说话,管住心认真听,管住手不乱动),如果有违反纪律的现象,由课代表记录,并做出相应的惩罚。

2、课间纪律

课间是学生轻松休息的时间,良好的课间纪律将会给整个校园带来活跃而轻松的气氛。然而,丰富多彩的课间活动,就是解决课间纪律乱的法宝。同时,随时提醒学生要注意的危险活动和场地,寓教于乐。

(三)卫生方面

讲究卫生很重要。俗话说,病从口入。讲卫生,既能使身体健康,又能养成良好的生活习惯,还能创设一个良好的学习环境。

1、个人卫生:每周一检查个人卫生,平时抽查,要求衣着整洁,桌屉干净,物品整齐。

2、班级卫生:每天下午分派值日生清扫,由劳动委员负责。同时利用花草美化环境,并进行爱护环境和花草的教育。

(四)班干部的`培养方面

班级管理光靠班主任一人来管理是不够的,班干部是班级管理的小助手。这学期我将采取班干部竞争上岗制及班干部轮流工作制,使班级管理再上新台阶,让每个孩子的潜能都得到充分的挖掘,培养有个性的人,使孩子们学会学习,学会生活,学会合作和学会管理。

(五)家校结合,分类施教

本学期要做好分类施教工作:

1、对学习后进生,每节课都要提问,作业中有错要单独进行辅导,与家长联系,共同帮助提高学习兴趣。

2、对行为后进生,发现闪光点要大力表扬,树立信心,在老师和家长共同督促下改进。越是表现差的方面,越要让其引起重视,比如当班干部。
