人非圣贤,孰能无病?医疗卫生一直是世界的主题之一。站在医院的门口,看着同样病恹恹的人群,面对冰冷的大厅,烦躁的人群,排队的长龙,在这种情况下,实在很难保持平静乐观的心情去解决自己的健康问题。所谓千里之行,始于足下,作为一般患者进入医院后所得到的第一项服务,医院导诊工作一直是医院不可或缺的一部分。但由于每天前往医院就诊的患者数量颇多,尤其在流行病多发时期,导诊工作就面临了很大的压力。挂号、收费秩序的不和谐,患者寻不到应该前往的科室病房,都给医院造成了不好的影响。就在这时,导诊就发挥了其重要作用。

1、在导诊志愿者的热心帮助下,病人能够以最简便最快捷的方式进行就诊,从而减轻患者心理压力,温暖患者的心灵,营造良好的医院治疗环境。

2、将患者入院、诊疗等各个环节等顺利衔接起来,使医生与患者在诊疗过程中很好配合。

3、使志愿者本身得到一定程度的锻炼和提高,通过帮助那些无助的病人得到精神上的满足感。

1、活动开始前进行一个动员大会或联系院方搞个启动仪式;

2、联系医院,请求分配护士对志愿者进行培训;

1、集合要准时,最好提前,不要拖拖拉拉。

2、通知相关人员带好工作牌,小红帽,带好团旗。

3、带好相机,及时做好图文记录,及时上传到群共享。

4、要听从指挥,集体行动,不要单独行动。

5、要注意文明礼貌,不可以与患者或医护人员发生冲突,要时刻保持耐心,微笑对人,有容人之心。

6、不可在医院大声喧闹,要保持纪律,保持大学生应有的形象,不做有失自己学校和学院形象的事。

7、注意天气,带好雨具,保证人员安全活动的正常进行。

1、对于患者们:在进入医院以后,往往会因为对医院的不熟悉和自身病痛的折磨,而导致在就诊过程中的不知所措。就在这时,导诊就发挥了其重要作用。在爱心导诊志愿者的热心帮助下,病人往往就能够以最简便最快捷的方式进行就诊,从而减轻了患者的心理压力,温暖了患者的心房。

2、对于志愿者:他们用笑容温暖了就诊者冰凉的心,驱除了他们心中些许的恐惧;他们用行动减少了病人因中找不到就诊室而在心中产生的焦躁感并且帮助那些行动不便的就诊者。他们的热情使医院这个原本冷冰冰的地方忽然温暖了起来。

3、对于医院:将患者入院、诊疗等各个环节等顺利衔接起来,使医生与患者在诊疗过程中很好配合,给病,缓解医院门诊导诊,接诊压力,优化门诊就医服务水平,可以帮助解决病人看病难的问题。

4、对于社会:志愿者的热心实践活动,能够起到良好的宣传和模范作用,扩大公益活动的影响让更多的了解志愿者,投身志愿服务活动。

喜欢听故事和讲故事是孩子的天性。听故事、讲故事既可以丰富儿童的知识,又可以发展他们的语言,提高口语交际能力。

目前小学生听、说、读、写诸能力中,最重视不够或被忽视的要数“说”的能力,学生不善于用口语与他人沟通、交流,课堂中普遍存在的问题是学生们在课堂上的口语能力差,部分学生无法用完整、流利的语言来回答老师的问题,追其根源我认为原因在于课堂上教师只注意书本知识教学,几乎完全忽略了口语教学,一般在课堂上为了完成教学任务,课堂上老师只把机会光顾那些活跃者,所以那些机会少的同学口语表达能力比较差,长期以往学生不愿意说、不敢说,所以低年级加强口语表达能力尤为重要。

选择故事的类型

(1)选择一些学生在熟悉的故事。如《三只小猪》、《小红帽》等故事,学生都很熟悉,易于学生对故事的理解。

(2)选择含有有趣角色的故事。如以各类小动物、野兽、卡通人物等为主角的故事深受学生欢迎,学生对这一类故事有着特别浓厚的兴趣。

(3)选择有教育意义的故事。给学生树立学习的榜样。

(4)选择内容长短适当的故事。教师应根据认知水平确定选择故事的长短。

1.故事是一种学生喜闻乐见的教学形式,讲故事对全面提高孩子的语言能力十分重要,所以我在每周安排故事会,通过老师讲,家长讲,学生讲的形式来开展讲故事活动。让学生学会听故事,然后再学会主动讲故事。

2.通过听故事训练孩子的听说能力,需要教师用普通话、清晰、准确、规范的语言为孩子讲故事,做好学习口语的榜样,在讲故事前要告诉孩子们要注意听,讲完之后提问题这样孩子不仅听了故事,锻炼孩子的记忆力,还能锻炼了孩子的口语表达能力,做到听说结合。

3.通过讲故事丰富孩子的词汇为说做准备,教师可精选一些生动、有趣、语句优美的故事来讲,让孩子们在听故事中积累词汇,这样日积月累词汇多了,孩子们能进行连贯、清楚的讲述,对提高学生口语表达能力很重要,同时也为将来的写作做好铺垫。

4.通过将故事培养孩子的表达能力,小学生特别爱听故事,对各种各样有趣的故事说给别人听,我盟教师就可以利用这一特点来提高学生的口语表达能力。
